How many different kinds of caning are there and do you do all of them? Yes, we can do almost all of the caning required for today's antiques and even modern day furniture. We even do the blind caningfrom Europe where the tiny holes do not go all the way through the chair. Caner has to use tiny pegs to hold the cane in the holes... very difficult and time consuming. How wonderful to have found your blog, perhaps we can link for better exposure? What a nice blog, but your clock seems to be off. When I previewed these comments, it said the time was 12:50 pm, but here in Central time, it's 6:52 am.
I've been in the wicker furniture repair and seatweaving business for over 30 years now and online since 1999. I began my blog two years ago to help promote the nearly lost arts of chair caning and wicker repair and as a supplement to my domain site.
